iheadbones headphone limited warranty policy

All iheadbones products have a Limited 1 Year Warranty for defects in the product caused by the material or the workmanship, extended only to the purchaser of the product. If you are eligible, your product will be repaired using new parts or you will be provided with a new product. While you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. This warranty only covers defects in the materials or workmanship that appear through normal usage. Defects or damages that appear because from other causes, which include but are not limited to, commercial use, theft, vandalism, misuse, improper maintenance or storage, alternations of the product not authorized by iheadbones, or acts of God, are not covered by this warranty. This warranty guarantees that there will be no defects the product as a result of materials or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase and expires at the end of 1 year. This warranty is only eligible in the country of purchase.

Other then the limited warranty, there are no express warranties. Where permitted by law, any implied warranties, condition of merchant ability, and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the duration of the limited 1 year warranty. Also where permitted by law, under no circumstances will iheadbones inc be held responsible for any incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or indirect damages, even if iheadbones was aware of the possibility of such damages in advance.

Certain states and jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of indirect damages or the limitation of the length of an implied warranty, so the limitations or exclusions described above may not apply to you.

iheadbones headset satisfaction guarantee return policy

All iheadbones products purchased through this website can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order for a product to be returned, you must have a proof of purchase. A written reason for the return would also be greatly appreciated so we can find new ways to improve our product. Please send your request for return to returns@iheadbones.com.

For all eligible returns, we will refund the complete cost of the product, not including shipping, to the credit card or check that was originally used to purchase the product. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or otherwise tampered with while in transit.

Shipping policy

Orders placed on weekdays before noon Eastern Time will ship same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following day. If you require Saturday Delivery, please note this in an email to customerservice@iheadbones.com when placing your order. Orders for delivery within the United States can be placed through our website. Orders for delivery outside of the United States need to be handled on an individual basis to be sure we can ship to your address and to calculate appropriate shipping costs – for ordering/delivery outside of the U.S. call 888-866-0807.
