All iHeadBones products purchased through this website can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order for a product to be returned, you must have a proof of purchase. A written reason for the return would also be greatly appreciated so we can find new ways to improve our product. Please send your request for return to returns@iheadbones.com.

For all eligible returns, we will refund the complete cost of the product, not including shipping, to the credit card or check that was originally used to purchase the product. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. We are not responsible for packages that may be lost, stolen or otherwise tampered with while in transit.
